My tracking code status is “delivered”, but I didn’t receive my package. How should I proceed?Updated 4 months ago

Please check out your tracking link to see the latest tracking updates about your order. If the delivery is past the estimated delivery date or marked “delivered” but has not reached you, please be sure to email the delivery courier and our support team at [email protected] within 3 days, in order for the delivery courier to properly launch an investigation.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacement items if your package is stolen after it has been delivered.

If you’re unsure of whether you will be home during the delivery, please contact the delivery service to schedule a pickup or a time for your package to be delivered.
